About Golden Visa
Property Network is there for its client application and issuance procedure for Golden Visa considering their eligibility.
It is a UAE special 10 years visa designed for investors, and entrepreneurs. The purpose is to live in UAE without the support of native UAE residents. This visa allows non-native investors or business owners 100% access to their businesses. The renewal of the visa is smooth. However, besides this 10-year golden visa, there is another 5 years visa called the silver visa.
Golden Visa Eligibility Criteria
- One can only apply for a golden visa if a property investment of about 10 million AED is made in UAE.
- Another way to apply for a visa is to invest at least 2 million AED with the following conditions
- To invest in the UAE, an investor must be accredited
- The company must be listed with a minimum paid-up capital of AED 2 million.
- The investor must own a UAE company and pay at least AED 250,000 in annual federal tax.
Silver Visa Eligibility Criteria
- If the holder owns AED 2 million worth of property in the UAE and the properties have no loans then he can apply for five year Silver visa.
- The 5-year Silver Visa can be extended to include the holder’s spouse and children, as well as one executive director and one advisor
